यह सभी संबंधितों के लिए अंतिम अनुरोध है कि वे प्रमाणपत्र/बांड की मूल प्रति, कॉर्पोरेट देनदार को भुगतान का प्रमाण और बैंक पासबुक और रद्द किए गए चेक, पैन, आधार की प्रति सहित अन्य दस्तावेजों की प्रति (स्पष्टप्रति) जमाकरें।

यदि दावा डुप्लिकेट है और दावा पहले से ही अन्य मास्टर कंट्रोल नंबर के साथ स्वीकार किया गया हैऔर कंपनी की वेबसाइट (www.sunshineinfrabuild.in) पर उपलब्ध 31.8.2022 तक दावेदारों की सूची में शामिल है, तो कृपया मास्टर कंट्रोल नंबर को सूचित करें जिसके तहत दावा पहले ही स्वीकार किया जा चुका है।

25.01.2023 को या उस से पहले प्राप्त दस्तावेजों के आधार पर, दावा सूची को संशोधित किया जाएगा और अनुमोदन के लिए माननीय एनसीएलटी के पास दायर किया जाएगा और 25.01.2023 के बाद कोई भी दस्तावेज स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

सभी दावेदारों से अनुरोध है कि वे नवीनतम मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल पता अपडेट करें।

इसकेअलावा सभी दावेदारों से अनुरोध है कि वे नवीनतम बैंक खाता विवरण अपडेट करें और रद्द किए गए चेक की प्रति और बैंक खाता पासबुक का पहला पृष्ठ (स्पष्टप्रति) जिसमें दावेदार का नाम और पता और बैंक खाता संख्या और IFSC कोड दिखाया गया हो, जमा करें।

Dear Claimant

Even after repeated request, no original document received from claimants as per list attached.

This is the final request to all concern to submit in original the copy of certificates/bond, proof of payment to corporate debtor and copy of other documents (clear copy) including copy of bank passbook & cancelled cheque, PAN, Aadhaar.

In case the claim is duplicate and the claim is already admitted with other master control number and included in the list of claimants as on 31.8.2022 as available on the website of the company (www.sunshineinfrabuild.in), please inform master control number under which claim is already admitted.

Based on the documents received on or before 25.01.2023, the claim list will be modified and will be filed with the Hon’ble NCLT for approval and no further documents will be accepted after 25.01.2023.

All claimants are requested to update the latest mobile number and email address.

Further all claimants are requested to update the latest bank account details and submit the copy of cancelled cheque and first page of bank account passbook ( clear copy) showing name & address of claimant and bank account number and IFSC code.

3. Confirmation of assignment by assignor

4. Death certificate in case of claim by nominee.

This is the final reminder to all concern to submit in original the pending documents as mentioned in the list on or before 25.01.2023.

This is to inform that on the basis of claims received, the liquidator has prepared the list of stakeholders as on 29.06.2022. The list is published on the website of the IBBI and website of the company and all stakeholders are requested to verify their details and to inform in case of any discrepancies/errors.

Stakeholders are requested to provide the pending documents/details as mentioned in the remarks column on or before 15.07.2022 to enable the liquidator to accept the amount of claims under verification.

Further stakeholders are requested to provide their email address, complete postal address and bank details with proofs, if not provided earlier.

With reference to 5th CoC Meeting of Sunshine Infrabuild Corporation Limited, the e-voting for necessary mandate/instructions by Financial Creditors in Class to authorised representative will be conducted through claim bridge (ankit@claim-bridge.com).

The e-voting will open from 11:00 A.M on 16.09.2020 and will close at 5:00 P.M on 18.09.2020.

The evoting link and process for voting will be send directly to all financial creditors in class (whose claims are admitted till 06.08.2020) by claim bridge on email id mentioned in claim form CA/email id through which claim forms are received.

From some of the Claim Forms received from the financial creditors in class it is observed that some of the claimants have not given their email id/phone number in the form.

A valid email id and mobile number of the claimant is important for further communication in the corporate insolvency resolution process.

Therefore it is requested to all the claimants those have not mentioned valid email id and mobile number on the forms to provide the same to enable the authorized representative to circulate the agenda for the COC meetings and to seek voting instructions for resolutions proposed in the meeting.
